The rates in the grey and white areas are estimated cents per pound. The red-lines are estimated transit days(business days), not including the 2-3 day order processing time.
NOTE REGARDING FREIGHT: If your address is not zoned commercially (for example - an at home business) and you request that the order be sent commercially to this address you will billed an extra residential fee. The customer or person representing the customer must be at the delivery address to sign for the shipment. This is to verify the shipment was not damaged during transit and the number of packages on the freight bill matches what was delivered. We have no re-course with the freight companies for damages not brought to the driver's attention and noted on the receiving ticket at the time of delivery. If absolutely necessary the customer can make prior arrangements with the freight company to leave the shipment at the delivery address without an inspection signature. Keep in mind, if the shipment arrives damaged, without your physical inspection at the time of delivery, any claim brought against SwingWorks will be promptly denied.

Warranty & Returns
WarrantyAll SwingWorks products are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. This does not cover products from other manufacturers sold through SwingWorks. Very few of our products are purchased through other vendors. If you would like a list of these products please ask one of our sales representatives. Defective SwingWorks parts will be repaired or replaced at SwingWorks' liability is limited to the defective part. Any damages caused by lack of maintenance, vandalism or improper installations are not covered under this warranty.
Incorrect/Missing/Damaged ItemsThe customer has 7 days from the date the order was received to file a claim. Any items determined incorrect, missing or damaged will be replaced and shipped standard ground free of charge. Incorrect and damaged items must be returned. The method of the return (i.e. call tag, COD, cross shipping) and the release of the replacement is at the discretion of management.
